We are investigating intermittent HTTP 522 errors affecting some Cachix cache downloads. These errors can cause repeated retries, delayed builds, or failed downloads.
Our investigation is focused on connectivity between Cloudflare and our infrastructure in the eastern United States, in Northern Virginia. The Cloudflare source IPs associated with failed connections geolocate to Ashburn, Virginia. We have not yet confirmed their physical location or the full geographic scope of the issue. Customers outside this region may also be affected.
The root cause is not yet confirmed. We will share further updates here.
