Short incident update

Yesterday, we experienced a brief outage caused by a database lock that halted query execution.

A long-running transaction held a lock that blocked other queries, leading to a backlog and temporary unavailability.

We terminated the offending transaction, released the lock, and waited for the database to complete recovery and catch up.
